More renovations are underway (see photos here). Our next fundraising goal is to begin addressing the upstairs bathroom remodel. YOU can help!
List of Phases:
Phase 1 - Basement Restrooms. Thank you to our general contractor, Jeff Gerot, and his team for the complete remodel and ADA accessable restrooms in the Grange lower level. (This phase is complete).
Phase 2 - New HVAC System. Replace basement furnace/AC, and upstairs heat pump. Thank you to Dillon Parker with Cool Red HVAC. (This phase is complete).
Phase 3 - UNDER CONSTRUCTION - Accessible Ramp providing ADA accessibility to each floor. K4 Contractors has begun excavation and construction.
Phase 4 - Remodel the upstairs bathroom.
Phase 5 - Interior Finishes. Refinish upstairs wood floor, replace lighting, replace basement carpet, refinish wood trim and wainscoting.
Phase 6 - Front Entry Updates. Remove barriers to entry, improve lighting, install handrails and paint exterior.
Each phase of the Grange revitalization project is designed to be either a stand alone project or combined with another phase depending on the budget. You can send your tax deductible donation by check or use your credit/debit card.
DONATE: Make your check payable to the Washington State Grange Foundation ($500 or over) or payable to Manson Grange #796 (under $500). Either way, please mail your check to: Manson Grange, P.O. Box 306, Manson, WA 98831 - A receipt will be mailed for all tax-deductible donations.

Community
The Manson Grange is one of 1,700 local chapters across the nation that serves as the center of rural life in our community. We offer a range of locally oriented programs, activities and community service events. Charitable work is often the focus with members giving many volunteer hours and raising money for important causes. The Grange helps improve the lives of their own members and of neighbors in our community through grassroots action, service, education, advocacy and agriculture awareness.
Advocacy
Along with being a social and service organization, the Grange is the Nation’s oldest agriculture advocacy group. Becoming a Grange member opens the door to interact with legislators to advocate on behalf of rural America and agriculture. The Manson Grange holds regular meetings during which issues like rural broadband access, climate change, and rural healthcare are discussed. As the Grange is a grassroots organization, policy recommendations are adopted in local Granges, passed by State Granges and moved to the National Grange who advocates for them in Washington, D.C. with Congress and other federal agencies.
