Let the ADA RAMP construction begin!

March 14, 2026 - The lower ramp is taking shape and 4K Construction is watching the weather for the rest of the concrete pour. In the meantime, steel railings and the upper ramp are being built off-site. See photos!

December 15, 2025 - Check out the photo gallery as we move swiftly into the ramp concrete pour. THANK YOUK4 Construction! Working in the rain and pumping water isn’t easy…. 4K gets it done!

December 10, 2025 - Forms are built and concrete poured for the footings and base of the ramp. Today, trees were trimmed away from the building. THANK YOU K4 Construction and Bob & Neil Carleton.

December 2, 2025 - Excavation portion removed tons of dirt, shrubs, irrigation lines, etc., before beginning the build. Great job, Will (K4 Construction)!

November 18, 2025 - We are proud to announce the start of construction of the ADA Ramp project by K4 Construction. Watch our progress here or stop by to check it out. We anticipate completion of this ramp by the end of March 2026. THANK YOU all for support and donations.

Completed Phases: Downstairs bathrooms and HVAC

January, 2025 - May, 2025 - Phase one was the downstairs bathroom remodel. COMPLETED by contractor, Jeff Gerot (L&J Construction).

April, 2025 - June, 2025 - COOL RED Air completed the upgrade & installation of the new HVAC system.
